๐Ÿ” Bookings are non-refundable but if you give at least 24 hours notice, Iโ€™ll do my best to offer a catch-up session where space allows. Sessions must be used within the 6-week block and cannot be rolled over or credited.

๐Ÿ“Œ You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (or 12 weeks post-caesarean).
