YES... we;re live on the set with of the Coen Brothers-scripted Gambit with oscar-winner Colin Firth and Cameron Diaz...plus we can now report another addition... Alan Rickman has joined the project, along with Sir Tom Courtenay

Alan Rickman will play “the rich man” who Colin Firth hatches a plan to steal an expensive statue from. Firth is a cat burglar who enlists the help of a waitress (Diaz) who looks exactly like Rickmans’s dead wife. The burglar’s usual precision is clouded by his relationship with his accomplice.” The film is a remake of the 1966 film starring Michael Caine and Shirley MacLaine.

With CBS Films coming on as distributor shooting has begun. Director Michael Hoffmann has finalised his cast for the Coen Brothers-scripted Gambit. Oscar-winner Colin Firth and Cameron Diaz have been cast as leads, and we can now report another addition... Alan Rickman has joined the project, along with Sir Tom Courtenay. All this and we're live on the set right now!
