Designed with AI? 🤖 Give it the human finishing touch. ✍️

AI is brilliant for turning a blank page into a big idea — and it’s becoming an incredibly useful creative tool.

But before you hit PRINT, a little human know-how can make all the difference.

Here are a few things worth checking:

📐 Start with the right shape
Creating a poster, banner or social graphic? Tell your AI the proportions you need from the start. Trying to force a square image into an A1 poster later rarely ends well!

🔍 Zoom in. Then zoom in again.
AI has improved enormously, but strange fingers, wonky objects, odd lettering and mysterious background details can still sneak through. They’re much easier to spot on screen than after you’ve printed 500 copies.

✂️ Think beyond the edge
Print needs a little extra room. Keep important text and logos safely away from the trim and make sure backgrounds and images extend into the bleed.

🖼️ Size really does matter
A small AI-generated image won’t magically become a beautifully sharp A1 poster. Start with the largest, highest-quality image possible or have it professionally upscaled before printing.

👀 And finally… let a human have a look.
AI can create some amazing things, but there’s still plenty to be said for an experienced pair of eyes before your artwork heads to print.

Not sure whether your AI-created artwork is print-ready?

Send it over to Prontaprint Norfolk and we’ll happily take a look before you press the button.

AI can create the idea.
We’ll help make sure it looks just as good in print. 🖨️

Proud to be a Keystone Employer 🏅
We’re pleased to say that Prontaprint is now a Norfolk & Suffolk LSIP Keystone Employer.

What does that actually mean?
Keystone Employers are local businesses that help shape conversations around skills, training and the future workforce — making sure employers have a voice in how skills are developed across the region.

A small badge with a pretty important job. ⭐

Recently we asked our customers to share their stories with us for the chance to win a bottle of ch*****ne — and we loved reading every single one.

But there could only be one winner…

Congratulations to Nicky from Ashfield Special Needs!
Her winning tale began, as all great customer relationships apparently do… in a cemetery 🪦.

Nicky first met Jenny while out walking the dogs there — proof that you really can pick up new customers anywhere.

Walter approved of the story. 🐾

A huge thank you to everyone who entered and shared their memories with us. We loved hearing them — although the bar has now been set: how many customers can honestly say they found their printer in a cemetery?

🎉 20 Years of Jenny... The Stories She Hopes You've Forgotten! 🎉

On 5th August, Jenny Richards celebrates 20 years of running Prontaprint Norfolk!

Over the years she's rescued impossible deadlines, spotted countless typos, talked people out of questionable design choices, and gone above and beyond for so many of our customers.

Now we want to hear your stories!

Has Jenny ever saved the day? Made you laugh? Pulled off the impossible? Or do you have a memorable moment from the last 20 years?

Share your favourite Jenny story by sending us a message. We'll feature some of our favourites as we celebrate this incredible milestone (with your permission).

Let's see what you've got... we're sure there are a few stories Jenny would rather stay secret! 😄
We may even let Jenny tell you some of her tales!

There may be prizes!
