My name is Michelle Binns, the founder of First Hand Training Solutions. I am a highly experienced and skilled Trainer, Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer, who is available to offer freelance consultancy, training, assessment and Internal Assurance services on an ad hoc basis. I provide professional and up-to-date First Aid and Health and Safety training, to companies, public services and furth
er educational establishments and schools. I also provide employability and customer service training to apprentice learners and the unemployed looking to return to work. I have experience of working with a number of different awarding bodies and Organisations including Football and Rugby Clubs Nationwide, Sporting Organisations and Training Providers. I am experienced in different levels of QCF qualifications from level one up to level 3, am a lead IQA for BTEC and cover a wide range of topics. I have a clear understanding of the processes involved in assessment and verification; and consider myself a flexible and adaptable professional and who is friendly, approachable and constructive. I am able to work remotely or on site and will also be available to take part in External Quality Assurance visits if required. I provide support and guidance via bespoke planning and development to meet the company’s individual requirements.
