I really hope you have all had a lovely Christmas and I wish you all a very happy new year.
I would just like to make a small announcement in light of what has just been declared by Boris Johnson in the form of another national lockdown.
It is with a very heavy heart, I have made the decision to delay all appointments and further work until such a time it is considered safe to do so. I appreciate that following government guidelines; I am classed as a cleaner, and am therefore still entitled to continue work if I wish. - However, having thought it out and considered the current situation, I live in a high risk area which is currently facing the highest figures of Covid in Swindon (Wroughton) - and I also care for my mum who has MS. I pass from household to household throughout the day and I could go from what seems to be a perfectly healthy young persons house to a person who is in their 80’s or falls into another vulnerable group. It doesn’t seem fair, or safe, to potentially cause higher risk and therefore put my clients in danger of contracting this horrible virus. I understand this is a complete nightmare and I apologise profusely for any inconvenience this will cause. However I have to put my clients and my safety first.
I will keep you all up to date and take it week by week so please bear with me, and let’s all hope this is over soon so normality can return.
