What if you had a space where don’t have to hold everything together for a couple of hours?
On Sunday 11th October, Sara from Light Hands and I are opening the doors to her cosy home in Hull for a day of crystals, connection & self-care.
During the morning, it’s Sara’s crystal pop-up shop, where you can browse her beautiful collection of crystals and crystal jewellery from 11am–2pm.
Honestly, if you’re a Crystal jewellery lover, you’ll be obsessed! (Dare I mention that you could grab a Xmas prezzie or two…orrrr just treat yourself!)
Then, from 2–4.30pm, we’ll gather in her cosy, candlelit home for an intimate New Moon Reiki Circle.
Meet Sara: Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Healer & IQM Practitioner, Sara has been working with Reiki and energy healing for many years.
Her journey began in Thailand in 2016, before taking her to Ibiza, where she became a Reiki Master and lived for 7 years.
Now she’s back in her hometown of good old Hull, Sara offers Reiki, energy healing, Reiki training and shares her love of crystals and crystal jewellery.
I’m Sophie: I’m a hypnotherapist and circle facilitator, and for the last four years I’ve been holding women’s moon circles in Beverley.
My own spiritual journey began during a time of grief and huge change. Learning about cyclical living helped me understand that life has seasons too . They gave me space to slowly find my way back to myself.
Now I create the kind of spaces I once needed (and still do!).
They’re warm, down-to-earth spaces where you can put everything you’re carrying down for a while, reconnect with yourself and simply be.
Btw, I’m known to swear like a sailor but very serene during meditation😉
We’re keeping this circle intentionally small, with only 6 spaces available, so everyone has room to be seen and held.
