🚨 We’re Hiring! – Test Engineer (Electronics)
We’re looking for an experienced Test Engineer to join our team at Cope Electronics in Kingswinford, West Midlands.
This is a hands-on role working with electronic assemblies, where you’ll be responsible for testing, fault-finding, and supporting production.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
Strong hand soldering and assembly skills
Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams
Confident fault diagnosis down to component level
Experience with SMT and through-hole technologies
Familiarity with electronic components and rework techniques
What you’ll be doing:
Testing and inspecting PCBs and finished products
Diagnosing faults and supporting repair activities
Following structured test procedures and documentation
Working closely with production to maintain quality and throughput
