Our aim is to provide modern office and studio space which are affordable and flexible for small business and entrepreneurs. We have spaces to let on longer terms as well as a shared space which is available to book out on a hourly and daily rate - perfect for those working from home who may nee

d the occasional extra space to hold meetings, workshops or client consultations. Our rates are very competitive and accessible and include electricity and internet costs as well as communal use of our kitchen and bathroom facilities. We are due to launch mid August but are currently taking viewings and applications from those who are interested on getting on board. We are welcome to any business suggestions but our spaces would work perfectly for photographers, florists, designers and such like.
