As the 2025/26 season comes to a close, we look back with huge pride on another memorable year for Driffield RUFC. A season defined by passion, resilience and the incredible spirit that runs throughout our club.
From the senior squads competing week after week, to the continued growth of our women’s section who promoted and won the league, junior teams and grassroots rugby, this season has shown exactly what it means to wear blue, black and white.
There have been standout performances across every level of the club, unforgettable victories, tough battles and moments that will live long in the memory both on and off the pitch. But beyond the rugby itself, this season has been about community, the volunteers, coaches, supporters, parents, staff and sponsors who continue to make this club thrive.
Adrian Harrison has led the way as president this year and we can't thank him enough for his dedication and vision.
Our clubhouse has once again been at the heart of it all. From packed matchdays at Kelleythorpe to mornings full of junior rugby, the spirit around Driffield RUFC continues to grow stronger every season.
Special recognition goes to every player who represented the badge this year with pride, commitment and heart. Whether it was cup runs, development games or first time appearances in a Driffield shirt, every contribution mattered.
As we now move closer towards our centenary celebrations, this season feels like another important chapter in the story of our club, built on tradition, driven by community and proud of where we come from.
Thank you to everyone who stood beside us throughout the season.
