We kindly request your attention to the following price list, which details our charges for various services. This information is provided to ensure transparency and to address frequent inquiries regarding our pricing structure.
Effective April 1, 2026, a minimum uplift charge of ยฃ45 will be implemented. This adjustment is necessitated by the increasing operational costs associated with our business, making it unfeasible to dispatch vehicles for collections below this threshold.
Please note that for customers located in St Monans, Pittenweem, Anstruther, Crail, St Andrews, Cupar, Limekilns, High Valleyfield, Cairneyhill, Oakley, and Saline, a ยฃ45 uplift will not be economically viable due to the travel time from our Glenrothes operating base and the associated waste disposal facility.
The prices listed below pertain to single-item uplifts. For multiple-item uplifts, pricing will be adjusted downwards based on the quantity of waste.
**Mattresses**
* Single: ยฃ45 (with divan bed base: ยฃ55)
* Double: ยฃ55 (with divan bed base: ยฃ65)
* Kingsize: ยฃ65 (with divan bed base: ยฃ75)
* Super Kingsize: ยฃ70 (with bed base: ยฃ80)
**Carpets**
Carpet disposal typically ranges from ยฃ25 to ยฃ35 per room, contingent on room dimensions.
**Sofas**
Sofa pricing is variable, determined by factors such as the number of seats, overall length, and whether the sofa includes reclining mechanisms.
* Single Seater: ยฃ45 (Recliner: ยฃ55)
* Two Seater: ยฃ65 (Recliner Two Seater: ยฃ75)
* Three Seater: ยฃ75 (Recliner Three Seater: ยฃ85)
* Corner Sofas: ยฃ155
**Black Bags of Landfill Waste**
* ยฃ3.50 per bag.
* Bags must not exceed 7kg in weight.
**Bulky Tonne Bags**
Bags must be manageable by two individuals.
* Bags of Landfill Waste: ยฃ65
* Bags of Cardboard: ยฃ40
* Bags of Green Garden Waste: ยฃ55
**White Goods**
* Washing Machine: ยฃ45
* Tumble Dryer: ยฃ45
* Dishwasher: ยฃ45
* Cooker: ยฃ45
* Two of the above items: ยฃ60
* Three of the above items: ยฃ70
* Undercounter Domestic Fridge or Freezer: ยฃ65
* Domestic Fridge Freezer: ยฃ85
* American-style or Commercial Fridges or Freezers: Priced subject to size.
**Wheelie Bin Emptying Service**
* Blue Bin: ยฃ35
* Green Bin: ยฃ35
* Black Bin: ยฃ35
A discounted rate of ยฃ100 is available for emptying all three bins. Mixed waste is permissible across all three bins; however, rubble or soil cannot be accepted. Bins must not be filled with water and must be liftable for emptying at the property. Should our team be required to remove a bin due to water content or excessive weight, a charge of ยฃ80 or more per bin will apply.
**Vehicle Load Services**
* Pickup/Luton Load of Wood: ยฃ280
* Pickup/Luton Load of Rubble or Soil: ยฃ175
* Pickup/Luton Load of Green Waste: ยฃ275
* Pickup/Luton Load of Landfill Waste: ยฃ450
These prices are applicable for loads with a maximum weight of 1 tonne. Discounts are available for multiple or mixed loads.
Please be advised that our pickup, Luton, and tipper vehicles are all larger than standard 4, 6, 8, or 12-yard skips.
We appreciate your understanding that our pricing structure, which accounts for the comprehensive service we provide, differs from that of skip hire. Unlike skip services, our team handles all loading, eliminating the need for permits. Our service encompasses the complete removal of waste directly into our vehicles.
It is important to note that disposal costs have significantly increased over the past year. Landfill waste disposal now exceeds ยฃ300 per tonne, while the proper disposal of POPs waste at our Glenrothes facility costs ยฃ520 per tonne. While we cannot match the free services offered by Fife Council or the pricing of some competitors, we assure you that all waste is disposed of in full compliance with regulations.
As a SEPA-licensed, insured, and 5-star rated waste management company, we guarantee the correct disposal of all collected waste.
We acknowledge that our policy of charging for white goods may differ from some providers. While other entities, such as local scrap collectors, may offer free collection, the scrap value of these items is minimal (e.g., approximately ยฃ2.50 for a washing machine). Consequently, it is not economically viable for us to dispatch a team and vehicle for free collection, hence the associated charge.

These charges are a direct reflection of our operational costs, including increased waste disposal and fuel expenses, licensing and insurance, staff wages, and vehicle maintenance. Therefore, these rates are non-negotiable.
