The Roasting Project has recently completed a major investment in our roastery, including the installation of a second production roaster that has trebled our roasting capacity.
Now we’re looking for an ambitious Wholesale Development Manager to help turn that capacity into growth.
This is a unique opportunity to join an independent Scottish specialty coffee roaster at a pivotal stage in its journey.
Our ambition is to become Scotland’s most respected independent wholesale coffee partner, and we’re looking for someone who wants to help make that happen.
The role includes:
* Winning new wholesale coffee accounts
* Coffee equipment sales and project delivery
* Building long-term customer relationships
* Delivering training and coffee expertise
* Driving growth across Central Scotland
* We’re looking for someone with the commercial drive to win new business and the relationship skills to build partnerships that last.
