What a day at the Orkney Careers Fair! 🙌

We were delighted to be one of 75 businesses and organisations taking part, alongside 987 visitors throughout the day. It was especially great to see pupils from Farr High School who made the trip across the Firth to be there.

We had brilliant conversations with so many curious young people about careers in tech, from software development and AI to marketing, accounts and project management, and about how you can build a global career without leaving Orkney 🌍

Our Highland cow hoopla was a big hit as always 🐮

A big thank you to Developing the Young Workforce Orkney for putting on such a fantastic event, and to everyone who stopped by our stand 👏

Fancy fixing bugs, building cool stuff, and levelling up your dev career, all at once? Kyloe is hiring an Associate Software Developer.

We build cloud software that helps recruitment agencies work smarter, not harder. You'll troubleshoot real client issues, ship clean code, and learn from developers who actually want to teach you something.

Here's what we're after:
→ Some grounding in object-oriented programming (uni, personal projects, bootcamp — we don't mind how you got there)
→ Exposure to Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS or AngularJS
→ A problem-solver's brain and a fast learner's attitude
→ Good communication and a team-first mindset

Bonus points if you've dabbled in AWS, APIs, or you're just genuinely curious about AI and automation.

Don't tick every box? Apply anyway. We care more about potential than a perfect CV match.

Apply at kyloepartners.com/careers or click the link in bio.

→ Champion customer feedback so it actually shapes what we build next
→ Juggle multiple projects without dropping a single ball
→ Get properly hands-on with Bullhorn and the wider Kyloe product suite

What we're looking for:
→ Great communication and relationship-building skills

Kyloe is hiring a Marketing Executive

We're looking for someone who loves writing, can't resist a highland cow, and actually gets excited about a well-timed email.

We’re looking for someone who likes variety and when things move fast. You'll be the engine behind our content; writing campaigns, building emails in HubSpot, creating Canva graphics, managing our social calendar, and making sure our brand sounds like us across everything we do.

No two days are the same. One morning you're crafting a newsletter, the afternoon you're coordinating a customer event in the USA.

Here's what we're looking for:
- Strong writing and copy-editing skills
- Creative and playful but with excellent attention to detail
- Confident with digital tools (HubSpot, Canva, social platforms)
- Organised and self-directed (you don't wait to be told)
- Actively interested in using AI to make your and the team’s work better

This one is based at our HQ in Orkney. Sound like you? Apply at https://hr.moorepay.co.uk/hr/recruitment/role/95b4df2dc3ecef3ee72f186c807ae584/52978

What a brilliant day at the Celebration of STEM event last week here in Orkney!

It's always such a highlight for us - getting to spend time with curious, enthusiastic young people and watching them take on a real challenge.

This year, students got to experience the full journey of AI-powered game development - from initial idea all the way to a finished, playable game. The excitement when they got their hands on the end result was brilliant to see.

Every team gave it their all, but a special mention to the few who tackled the harder level and absolutely nailed it - some seriously impressive problem-solving and teamwork on display.

We genuinely love seeing young people get excited about tech and AI, and moments like this remind us exactly why we love being part of events like this. 🙌

We're hiring!👋

This is an entry-level role that would suit someone looking to take their first step into a technical support career, with a strong interest in technology and helping people.

You'll be the first point of contact for our clients around the globe, helping them get the most from Kyloe's recruitment software.

You don’t need a technical background to apply, we’re looking for someone customer focused, curious, and keen to learn.

We were delighted to be part of Stromness Careers Week earlier this month 🙌

It was fantastic to spend time with so many engaged and curious students. From our lunchtime job-matching session, where we challenged them to think about what different job titles actually mean, to insightful conversations at the Careers Fair about AI, coding and the wide range of opportunities in tech, there was plenty of enthusiasm and great questions throughout.

Our Highland cow hoopla was a big hit as always, and the sweeties definitely helped keep energy levels up. 🍬

It was especially encouraging to hear from students interested in roles across tech, security and admin, and to share more about the different opportunities available at Kyloe.

A big thank you to Stromness Academy and Developing the Young Workforce Orkney for having us along 👏

Happy Friday from Blue! 🐾💙

We had a lot of fun this week doing a little photoshoot with our office dog, Blue.

When work involves dressing the happiest dog in a few cute outfits, it’s amazing how quickly the winter blues disappear.

Which look is your favourite? 👀🐶

(P.S. Blue was an absolute pro on set. No editing required. Obviously 👀)
