Yesterday was physio day with our in-house equine physio Pie knows the routine and relaxes into things. Interesting how humans have to be reminded to ‘rehydrate’ horses automatically know to have a good drink of water afterwards

I’m taking part in the Battersea muddy dog Challenge in a few weeks alongside the CS Hydro Team.

Rumour has it we may even do it in our wetsuits (oh god).

I have also decided to do this in honour of my rescue dog poppy who we sadly said goodbye to a few weeks ago.
