I’m all for a good success story, but some of these "actionable" case studies are looking a bit fishy lately. 🧐
We’ve all seen the headlines: "How I made $10,000 in 48 hours with just a laptop!" Sounds lovely, doesn't it? But when you dig deeper, the actual steps are usually missing the most important bits. 🕵️♂️
Here are three red flags that a case study is more fluff than fact:
🚩 The Hidden Army: Claiming to be a solo hero while forgetting to mention the $5,000/month agency running ads in the background. That’s not a strategy; it’s just a big budget! 💸
🚩 The Missing Middle: They show the start and the finish, but the proper hard work is just a blur. If they won't show the implementation details, they’re hiding something. 🛠️
🚩 Vanity Metrics: Engagement is nice, but did it move the needle? If they’re shouting about likes instead of leads, something is off. 📈
Marketing should be about real tactics and psychology, not just shiny promises. We deserve the full picture, warts and all! 🪵
