I am super excited to be offering massage and healing therapies from my lovely Rainbow Bell tent again with Rainbow Therapies at Millfest this year Halton Mill: co-working, studios, & event space!

You will find me in the garden down the steps to the left. Inside the tent I have created a cosy space for you to feel completely relaxed as you enjoy one of the following treatments: Swedish massage, Indian Head massage, Reflexology, Lymphatic drainage massage, Reiki, Blue Star Lemurian Reiki, Mary Magdalene Reiki, Crystal healing, Access bars or Aromatouch.

Choose from 30/45/60mins sessions and you can pre-book if you want a certain time or just show up on the day. There will be a sign up sheet in the porch of the tent.

September 2026 marks 10 years since I set up Rainbow Therapies! I actually cannot believe where the time has gone! I started off just offering 4 therapies: Indian head massage, Aromatouch, Crystal healing and Reiki after lovely Vicci at what was Pura Vida (now my lovely Rainbow Room Mill: co-working, studios, & event space) suggested I rent her room one day a week and start a therapy business! I had been going for a while to her for massages to help relieve stress from my job at the time and she had been asking me for about a year before (after several kicks from the Universe which always lovingly guides me in the right direction!) I finally listened and decided to take the leap!

I started just one day a week then increased to 2 and in December 2016 I finally worked my last ever shift in my 'real job' although I continued doing that for many years after on a casual basis while I built up my lovely therapy practice. 6 months later when Vicci left, I took another leap and took over the room and have never looked back! Now I offer 16 different treatments, over this time I have run and worked at mind, body, spirit fairs, worked at festivals up and down the country, worked at retreats, run crystal workshops and self-care retreat days and generally had lots of fun along the way!

I am so happy to be offering 10% off my most popular treatments this month to celebrate 10 years of Rainbow Therapies!

This year Mill Fest is branching out and will have it's first unplugged, spoken word lineup!

The Meadow Stage will host an exciting line up of some of the best spoken word poets Cumbria
has to offer, alongside open-mic opportunities for anyone wanting to put their name down on the day.

All situated on the banks of the River Lune. What's not to love?
