Charles's previous role as managing Partner for HA Europe, was to build the Harrison Assessment network across Europe, Africa and Middle East which exposed him to many different markets all having to deal with VUCA, (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) while moving towards Vision, Understanding, Clarity and Agility.
