Channel 5 has warned viewers that some QR code reader apps are directing viewers to fake websites that require a payment for registering a My5 account, the Channel 5 catch up player.
So if you're asked for payment in order view My5, BBCiPlayer, ITVX or All4 then it's likely a fake site.

BBC standard definition will stop broadcasting regional news on both SKY & Freesat early 2023.
At the same time BBC HD will finally become regionalised for the first time.
Come late 2023 BBC standard definition channels will close.
Viewers with older generation boxes will need to upgrade.
It's possible to check if your box needs updating by visiting CH799 on Freesat for a compatibility check.
