Last week, the FGH Group got together for a Summer Seminar🎉

🧩 We asked our teams to come with curiosity, humility, and accountability and to get involved in all the activities.

🧡 We took the day to remind ourselves of our purpose, core values, and brand promises.

👏 We also made sure everyone had the chance to ask questions and gain clarity on anything they were unsure about.

📈 We looked towards the future and discussed how we are going to improve, including bigger and better things to come, plans for improved processes, and organisational growth.

🧑‍🏫 Each team member took turns standing up to present a slide about themselves, giving everyone the chance to learn more about one another.

💪 It was amazing to see everyone come together, with teams travelling from all over the UK to Lancaster – where was founded in 2003!

We finished off the day with some food and drinks, as in the words of our MD, Peter Harrison: “Teams that eat together, win together.”🤩

Remembering when Eurovision lit up Liverpool🎉🎤

🪩The Eurovision Song Contest is back for the 70th year, taking place in Vienna, Austria.

🧡Back in 2023, were deployed to the Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool and played a key part in keeping more than 300,000 people safe.

🌍 A huge moment for Liverpool, brought to life through the incredible work of Liverpool City Council, Culture Liverpool, and the BBC.

🏆 The OSPAs - The Outstanding Security Performance Awards named the BBC Eurovision Partnership the Outstanding Security Partnership of 2023.

⭐We were honoured to support the delivery of the Eurovision Song Contest in partnership with the BBC and Carlisle Support Services, helping create a safe and memorable experience for everyone involved.
