We're trying something new here at Great British Winegrowers. This delicious fizz comes from a very highly regarded producer who wants to make room in their cellar for the new vintage. For anyone that is interested in the technicalities -
The wine spent 5 years on lees and was disgorged June 2025. It includes 15% reserve wines dating back to 2010. Low dosage. It's a full bodied sparkling with gorgeous citrus and bruised apple notes. It's amazing quality and to do it at this price, no expense has been spent on packaging. No foils and the label is from our desktop printer! We can't disclose the name of the producers otherwise they won't give us anymore 😏

There are so many small pockets of England that have amazing terroir and micro climates that are off the beaten track. This Limestone Ridge makes terrific wines.

Thanks to everyone that has checked in with us during the recent flooding. Our farm sits above the levels and as it's on a limestone ridge, is always nice and dry.
