I’m getting a lot of calls coming through about no heating or hot water. The bad freeze that we are having is causing the condensate pipes to freeze up. It is a white pipe that will most likely be terminating outside into a drain or the ground. Pour some warm water on it and that should clear the issue. DO NOT USE BOILING WATER AS THIS WILL MELT THE PIPE!
