𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐈 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧 ❤️

Fairport Convention have influenced musicians and the folk and broader music scene for 6 decades! They have had a profound impact on me over the years too. They are not only some of the nicest people in the industry, they are also supportive of other musicians and venues alike, encourage young and upcoming musicians, are incredibly hard working and, after nearly 60 years are still producing live performances that wow audiences young and old.

They bring people from all over into our small town and understand the meaning of community. Indeed, we've had people coming from as far as Somerset and even Bedfordshire to see them in Cornwall and in our town!

And you can hear their music on Wreckers Radio!

𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝟔𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐡 - 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭!

Every ticket and raffle ticket on the night helps keep our community music going. I'd love to see you there. 🎟️ https://snappytickets.co.uk/event/fairport-convention/

"Still clearly having fun and brought the house down." That's what the critics say about Fairport live 🌟
The Guardian praised the band's new material and energy.
Folk & Tumble called them an institution and, above all, a brilliant live band.
Come and see for yourself on Thursday 22nd October, Launceston Town Hall.
