WE’RE HIRING… COME AND JOIN OUR TEAM!

We’re looking for someone new to join the team at More Creative Solutions.

You might already have experience in sign making, vehicle graphics or graphics installation - or you might simply be practical, keen to learn and looking for a new challenge.

We work on a huge variety of projects, from vehicle graphics and signage to large installations for clients across the UK, so no two days are quite the same. There will also be opportunities to travel and work away from home from time to time, so you’ll need to be happy getting out and about and getting stuck in.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has an extremely high attention to detail
• Takes pride in producing great work
• Is practical, reliable and keen to learn
• Works well as part of a team
• Is happy to take on new challenges
• Is comfortable travelling and occasionally working away
• Holds a full UK driving licence

Previous sign making or vehicle graphics experience would be a big advantage, but we’re equally interested in someone with the right attitude and enthusiasm who wants to develop their skills.

Good rates of pay, dependent on experience.

Updates to the signage at Brannel School in St Austell today, with the work taking place during the summer holidays ready for the new term.

The existing monolith signs were manufactured and installed by us a few years ago and are still looking great. Today’s work included updating the graphics and information, giving them a fresh lease of life without the need to replace the signs themselves.

A great example of the benefits of using high-quality materials and manufacturing methods from the outset, signage that’s built to last, but can still be easily updated as requirements change.

Our fitting team were over in Falmouth again today, this time installing new signage for Balaena and their ship and marine repair facility.

A challenging working environment, but the guys worked hard to get everything installed safely and looking spot on.

For the fourth year running, More Creative has had the pleasure of producing the trophy for Formula 1’s Grill the Grid.

Huge congratulations to Oscar Piastri, who has claimed the title for an incredible third year in a row! This year’s victory is even more special as Grill the Grid celebrates its 10th anniversary.

The trophy once again features our premium illuminated award technology, something we know Oscar is particularly fond of!

We’re incredibly proud to have played a part in another memorable Formula 1 moment and to see one of our awards in the hands of the Grill the Grid champion once again.

We're incredibly proud to have recently completed our work at St Enodoc by Paul Ainsworth, a truly special place in one of the most beautiful parts of Cornwall. It's been a fantastic project for the More Creative team, bringing together our design, signage and creative expertise across St Enodoc.

A huge thank you to Paul, his family and the entire St Enodoc team for trusting us with the opportunity to be part of such an exciting project. St Enodoc is an absolutely stunning destination, with an incredible setting overlooking the Camel Estuary and, of course, an amazing place to enjoy exceptional food. The care, quality and attention to detail that runs throughout makes it a real privilege to have played a part in its latest chapter.

Over at Wycombe Rye Lido installing new signage throughout the centre, including these bright and colourful wall graphics.

Looking out over the heated outdoor pool, with everyone enjoying themselves in the sunshine, made this particular installation a little more challenging than usual! ☀️

A great setting for another Better Leisure signage installation, bringing fresh colour and branding throughout the centre.

Installing this massive 6-metre monolith sign at a new Wales & West premises in Wales just a few weeks ago.

A serious piece of signage that needed some serious lifting! Huge thanks to EJ Fry Transport & Plant Hire for the excellent crane manoeuvring and helping us get this one safely into position. 💪

Up in Oxford this week, installing new graphics along the poolside at one of the leisure centres.

For demanding environments like this, material choice really matters. These graphics feature our high-quality specialist vinyl, selected to perform in the warm, humid and challenging conditions found around swimming pools.
