The key to sales success is the words that you choose to use and the way that you say them .

Try re-phrasing some of the things you normally say and make them more assertive and assumptive.

Example : " I have included a sea view room so you can wake up every morning to a view of the Pacific ocean "

Or using features and benefits to maximise cost:

" I have included a private transfer so you will be able to check-in before every on else "
