This week, managing director Cathy Evans was a panellist at the ‘Inclusive Leadership’ Uspire Group LIVE event. Attended by various big brands including Birds Eye and Muller, the event was focussed on demystifying diversity, equity and inclusion 🙌

The overall aim of the event is to help businesses understand how they can work to develop their DE&I focus. It encourages attendees to think about how they can support the inclusion agenda and how they can take personal responsibility to be active about making change.

Cathy was a panellist for the Q&A session where Senior commercial leaders got the opportunity to discuss their challenges and successes in leading DE&I.

Attending the event led Cathy to begin reflecting on how we could make some improvements to the business. She commented that…"There are various simple questions and exercises that I will take to the leadership team that I believe will be a catalyst for change. There definitely needs to be more education on many areas and the reality is, we all need to do more to be truly inclusive if we are to have a sustainable great business that we can all be proud to work in".
