Due to continued growth, Island Ropes & Rigging is looking for a practical, reliable person to join our friendly, close-knit team.
This isn't just another warehouse job. Around 70% of the role will initially be spent in our rigging room, following a structured training programme and learning the rare and specialist skill of rope splicing.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has at least one year's factory, production or warehouse experience
• Is practical, accurate and good with their hands
• Takes pride in producing high-quality work
• Is reliable, eager to learn and a genuine team player
• Has a great sense of humour and will fit into our close-knit team

Previous rope-splicing experience would be fantastic, but it isn't essential. The role also includes general warehouse work, picking and packing, stock control, loading and unloading, and rope winding.
