What a superb Monday and an incredible start to the week.
Today we were at teaching Connected Clients as part of our Four Pillars Foundation course, delivering education to over 50 salon owners and managers who are committed to building stronger, more sustainable salon businesses.
The energy in the room was unreal. So many ideas flowing, so many honest conversations, and so much passion for improving the client experience inside our industry.
Connected Clients is all about creating a complete client servicing system that helps salons stand out in an increasingly crowded marketplace. Not through gimmicks or discounting, but through consistency, communication, experience, leadership and building genuine connection with clients from the very first interaction.
The best part? Seeing people leave with clarity, direction and practical actions they can implement immediately into their salons.
