Established in 2012, we offer a personalised, bespoke and unique bike fitting service, as well as build custom carbon, titanium & steel bikes including hand-built carbon wheels; like a bespoke tailor will measure for a suit, we provide that service for bikes. In addition to our own LIOS brand, we are the UK Agent for DeAnima (hand-crafted Italian bespoke frame builders) and Zerode (New Zealand based MTB brand), as well as the South Coast dealer for Cervelo, Santa Cruz Bicycles and Juliana Bikes. We are also one of less than 30 certified Retül 3D motion analysis bike fitters in the UK.

An incredible effort from LIOS Loop regular Martyn Woollam, who completed his own local Ironman distance triathlon this weekend after storms forced the cancellation of IM Barcelona. 💪

Months of training deserved a finish line, so Martyn made his own, with LIOS HQ serving as his feed station and transition area.

The support was something special. Bayside Tri Club, the LIOS community, family and friends came together from start to finish, with many putting in a serious shift alongside him. A special mention to Ed Morris, who completed the entire distance too! 👏

To everyone who swam, rode, ran, fed, cheered or simply turned up, thank you. Every familiar face made a difference.

Huge congratulations Martyn. You covered the distance and earned that finish. What a day! 🏊🚴🏃
