We are delighted to announce that in the last two weeks, two of our clients have been awarded the highest award for food hygiene from the local food safety authority, achieving a 5 star rating. One is a large city centre pub and the other a high volume catering butcher.

The local food authority inspectors were really impressed with the food safety management systems, procedures and training.
