NOT ALL FILTER CARTS ARE DOING THE SAME JOB.

There are plenty of filtration carts on the market, and many are perfectly capable of circulating oil through a conventional spin-on or drop-down filter element.

But that is not quite what the KLEENOIL MS range was designed to do.

A standard filter cart is generally there to remove particulate contamination to the rating of the element fitted.

KLEENOIL goes further.

Our MS filtration carts use cellulose depth filtration, which means the oil is not simply passing across the surface of a conventional element. It is travelling through a deep filtration media designed to retain very fine contamination throughout the cartridge.

That gives the system the ability to:

• Remove very fine particulate contamination
• Absorb water from the oil
• Retain contamination throughout the depth of the media
• Improve oil cleanliness beyond what many conventional filter carts are designed to achieve
• Help restore contaminated oil rather than simply polish out larger particles

And with the optional Micromag magnetic pre-filtration, ferrous contamination can also be removed before the oil even reaches the cellulose cartridge.

The important part is that, despite doing more, the machine itself remains simple.

A pump.
A filtration vessel.
Straightforward controls.
Simple hose connections.
Easy cartridge changes.
No complicated operating procedure.

That simplicity matters in the real world.

It means the MS cart can be moved from machine to machine, used on tanks or IBCs, operated by maintenance teams without specialist training and maintained without becoming another complicated piece of equipment to look after.
