I am so pleased with the care that Jim gave us. He diagnosed what was wrong with our oven immediately and carefully removed and fitted a new part to repair our faulty cooling fan. Jim was so helpful and friendly and I would also like to say how friendly and reassuring his Receptionist was too. I would highly recommend Jim Lowther for his work, experience, care and friendly manner too.
