I got this delightful WhatsApp message this morning from one of my new clients 🙌 She came to me last month for a bit of help with her social media captions.

In one of the posts, she wanted to promote one of her sales funnel packages.

And she only needs to sell two of them per month to be absolutely smashing her income targets.

I wrote her some sales copy for her Instagram post. It went out yesterday and she’s already had two enquiries.

And here was me thinking that social media was mostly a long game.

It just shows that with the right copy, you can make some quick wins even on organic social posts.

Perhaps it’s time for me to pay more attention to my own social media channels! 😂

⭐️ It pre-empts and answers their questions.

⭐️ It overcomes their objections.

⭐️ It tells them why your product or service is right for them.

⭐️ It gets them buying.

Probably my favourite email of the week. 😊

It’s such a great feeling to know clients are happy with my work.

My process for writing web copy means I get to learn all about a client’s business and what resonates with their customers.

My process goes:

⭐️ Briefing: including client questionnaires, meetings and copywriting brief.
⭐️ SEO keyword research.
⭐️ Competitor research.
⭐️ Voice of customer research.
⭐️ 1st draft of copy with explainer Loom videos for the client to watch.
⭐️ 2 rounds of edits, if necessary.

As you can see from this lovely client email, edits aren’t always necessary. But I always include two rounds, just in case.
