Trying to fit your social media posting in each day is where consistency can fall apart.
Life gets busy, we have energy dips, something always comes up… and suddenly it’s been a week since you last posted...
One simple tip I always share with clients who struggle with consistency is…
👉 Stop trying to create content every day - this is definitely a struggle I have found in the past!
▶️Instead, try setting aside a small block of time once a week
▶️Plan 2–3 posts
▶️Schedule them in advance
It decreases the overwhelm and pressure and increases consistency.
From a personal perspective, this helps me feel in control and organised instead of worrying about it and then running out of time, resulting in no posts at all.
