Lighthouse Risk Services LLP is a firm of Health & Safety and Employment Law consultants with offices in Leeds. We are independent risk management experts specialising in the fields of Health & Safety and Employment Law consultancy. The services we provide help our clients understand, manage and reduce their Health & Safety and Employment Law related risks.

Here at Lighthouse, we are now looking to appoint an Administrator to provide invaluable support for a range of business operations.

Providing support with incoming telephone calls, meetings and greeting visitors, you will distribute incoming and outgoing mail and monitor levels of stationary and promotional material. You will carry out general typing, occasional photocopying and laminating, produce training certificates, compile O&M manuals, arrange different types of training including eLearning and First Aid courses.

With a friendly and helpful disposition, the successful candidate will have completed a broad education that preferably includes a GCSE in English (at grade C or above) and be proficient in using a computer, particularly in Word, Excel and Outlook. Reliable and trustworthy, you will have excellent organisational skills, be self-motivated and a strong communicator who can work well individually as well as part of a team.

This is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Friday, 09:00 until 17:00 (with one hour for lunch). In addition to a competitive salary, we can also offer you 25 days holiday per year plus statutory bank holidays and we’ll even give you your birthday as holiday! There’s also a Health Cash Plan and a contributory pension scheme.

Join us at our head office for a practical 3 day course aimed at management level delegates to gain an understanding of health and safety management within UK organisations.
The course focuses heavily on identification and management of hazards in working envrionments providing delegates with widely recognised practical training in a complex subject area.
Our course runs for 3 consecutive days in October, starting at 9:00am and finishing for approximately 16:00 each day.
The fee includes lunch each day and all course materials and certification.
