Bells Domestics is looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Office Assistant to join our busy team! 👋

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, loves being part of a team and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

📍 Location: Bells Domestics
💼 Job Type: Full-time
🕐 Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday – Saturday
⭐ Day off: Thursday

🛠️ THE ROLE

You’ll play an important role in supporting our sales team and making sure our customers receive excellent service, both in-store and over the phone.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

📞 Answering incoming calls
🛍️ Greeting and assisting customers in our showroom
💻 Processing orders, quotations and customer information
🧾 Supporting sales and administration
💬 Responding to customer enquiries
💷 Handling cash and card payments
📋 Maintaining accurate customer records and paperwork
🤝 Working alongside the team to provide fantastic customer service
🗂️ Helping with general office duties and day-to-day tasks

Don’t worry if you haven’t used our systems before! Full training will be provided on our bespoke computer system. 💻

👤 WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

✅ Friendly, approachable and professional
✅ Confident speaking to customers face-to-face and over the phone
✅ Organised with great attention to detail
✅ Confident using computers
✅ Able to multitask and prioritise
✅ Positive and willing to learn
✅ A team player who enjoys working in a busy environment

Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales or office administration is desirable, but not essential.
