WHAT A NIGHT!

A huge thank you to Lord Porkington for his wonderful hospitality and for inviting the J L Brooks team to join him at the Great British Pub & Bar Awards at Leeds Arena last night.

Around 700 people representing some of the very best pubs and bars in Great Britain were there, and we had the enviable job of helping His Lordship showcase and sample his magnificent Lord Porkington’s Pork Scratchings.

And what a reaction!

The scratchings went down an absolute storm, and hearing the crowd CHEER when Lord Porkington’s was mentioned on stage was a fantastic moment.

We make no secret of the fact that we LOVE Lord Porkington’s Scratchings.

So, if Lord Porkington’s are the best scratchings being enjoyed at an awards night celebrating the best pubs and bars in Great Britain, it seems only right that we borrow a line from that famous old Carlsberg advertising campaign…

J L Brooks – probably the best wholesaler in the world.

Thanks for having us, Your Lordship. Same again next year? 👑

A fine wagon if we do say so ourselves 😍🤩 MrsMoo Always a pleasure to receive deliveries from the team at Nostrop Storage Ltd

🚛 **One of my favourite customers to deliver to!** 🧡

Always a pleasure rolling in here — and we even have a dedicated trailer for JL Brooks! 😍

Being a country girl, I’m still not quite used to having shops everywhere on my doorstep 😂 I’m much more accustomed to bulk buying and making sure everything is stocked up, so places like JL Brooks are absolutely brilliant!

And the best bit? They’re not just for trade! 🙌

It’s always nice when work takes you somewhere handy, with nice people and this is definitely one of those places! ❤️
