It’s a good natter, catching up, conversations about work life, life life and everything in between… and actually getting some stuff done!

This morning we had admin tasks, sorting out 2027 diaries, writing brand stories and editing galleries for clients! Not a bad start to a Tuesday!

We’re back for another Skill Swap Social, but this time I want you to think about it a little differently.

Instead of thinking, *“What skill do I have that someone might find useful?”* (and cue the existential crisis about having absolutely no talents or skills), think about what PROBLEM you have instead.

What are you stuck on? What have you been putting off because you don’t know where to start? What would you love a bit of help figuring out?

Bring that along.

I can pretty much guarantee that someone in the room will have an idea, know someone who can help, or be able to work through it with you.

If you’re heading into the city centre and need somewhere to get some work done, this could be the spot for you.

Unlimited coffee, delicious food, chilled vibe.
It’s £20, Monday–Friday, 12–5pm.

And yes, that includes a b**r or w**e.

So basically: five hours to get stuff done, unlimited coffee, something tasty to eat and a drink at the end.

Our next Fold meet up is all about making the customer experience smoother, clearer and less faffy.

On Wednesday 7th October, Fliss Lee 👊 Brand wing-woman will be joining us at The Malt Brewhouse in Horsforth to talk about creating a customer experience that builds trust and saves you time.

We’ll be looking at the processes behind your customer experience too, and where a simple system, template or process could make things easier for both you and your customers.

Less doing the same thing from scratch, less answering the same questions, and more time for the actual work.
