Proud moment to share from LT HQ...

After many months of work behind the scenes, Lead Talent Management Consultancy is now a recognised centre with the Chartered Management Institute, approved to deliver CMI Management & Leadership qualifications.

This has been a rigorous journey. Over the last six months we’ve worked closely with CMI to map our programmes, content and delivery processes against their professional standards. It’s been detailed, demanding, and incredibly worthwhile.

From May this year, we’ll be launching our first CMI Level 3 Management & Leadership programme, giving managers the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification alongside Lead Talent’s practical, real-world approach to leadership development.

For David in particular, this accreditation really matters. It means the leadership development we deliver is not only grounded in day-to-day reality, but also formally recognised. Our focus has always been on helping managers become better leaders in the real world, building confidence, strengthening teams, and creating healthier organisations. This step strengthens that commitment even further.

A huge thank you to the team at CMI for their support throughout the process, and a massive well done to everyone at Lead Talent who helped make this happen, especially David Davies and Simone Stockton. Team effort all the way.
