THE OPPORTUNITY:
• Manage the kitchen teams across three care homes in London
• Create high-quality dining experiences for residents
• Full operational responsibility - budgets, stock, rotas, training
• Report directly to the senior leadership team
• Up to £45,000 + excellent benefits (exceptional candidates with strong qualifications and outstanding people skills may find room for negotiation)

🔎We're looking for:
Professional Chef qualifications, fine dining/luxury hotel background, proven leadership skills. 🍓

Healthcare/care experience highly advantageous, especially if you come from a luxury care home background.

Selection includes a practical trade test at their kitchens, followed by a conversational interview. 🤝
