⚽ Meet Enock Ngwenya - Vice Principal at Delta Waters International School in Botswana, and (as you can probably tell from some of many more photos!) about as devoted a Liverpool FC fan as you'll find anywhere in the world.
Over many years Delta Waters has built a genuine friendship with our friends at Keelham Primary School in Bradford, strengthened by our support helping them use technology to connect their classrooms live online, thousands of miles apart.
This was thanks in part to generosity of Nureva Inc., whose groundbreaking innovations enable whole-classroom audio pick up for real, live group conversations across continents.
Led by Robert Hunter, a group of Bradford headteachers travelled out to Botswana in Spring to spend time with Enock and his colleagues, learning about their school and finding ways to support them.
Now it's Enock's turn to visit Yorkshire! With his colleagues, next month.
Their trip has been made possible thanks to the generous support of SMART Technologies, and on Friday 11th September he'll be joining us at our Experience Centre with a group of local headteachers and computing leads.
The next day, Liverpool host Fulham at Anfield - and we think Enock and Robert should be there together, in hospitality, watching the Reds.
We're aiming to raise £1,000 to cover the cost of two tickets to make this happen, and we've kick-started the fund with a donation of our own.
Anything raised beyond the ticket costs goes towards getting more of the Delta Waters and Keelham team to a match - and if we raise more than that, it'll go straight into some wonderful initiatives in Botswana.
If you'd like to help send Enock to Anfield to fulfil a lifelong dream, the link's below in comments. Every pound helps!
