Role - Part-Time Receptionist:
Location - 2175 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds, LS15 8ZB
Pay- Competitive Hourly Rate
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and a welcoming phone etiquette.
This is a part-time job share role, working alongside our existing receptionist.
Working Hours (15 hours per week)
• Monday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
• Tuesday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Additional hours may be available to cover holidays and sickness.
Key Responsibilities
• Greeting visitors and providing a warm, professional first impression
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Managing incoming and outgoing post and emails
• Managing meeting room calendars & scheduling appointments
• Maintaining visitor logs and adhering to security/H&S protocols
• Accurate data entry and updating internal systems
• Programming building entry and alarm fobs
• General administrative support including filing, scanning and document preparation
• Showing prospective clients around the building and assisting with office space enquiries
• Helping maintain tidy and presentable communal areas
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office tasks
Requirements
• Previous administrative or office experience preferred
• Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Confident using both Windows and Mac systems
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Professional and friendly manner
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
