🎉 Celebrating 58 incredible years of service!

After an extraordinary 58 years, Eddie from our Springfield site has officially retired!

Colleagues gathered to celebrate this special milestone, joined by Eddie’s wife and long-time friend Joe, who also dedicated an impressive 56 years to the organization.

The celebration was filled with applause and well wishes, with Eddie receiving a New York Yankees package as a retirement gift. ⚾

💙 A little hair can make a big difference!

Our colleague Nick Blee, CI Manager at Doncasters Chard in the UK, will be cutting his hair next month to support The Little Princess Trust! ✂️

The charity provides free, real-hair wigs to children and young people experiencing hair loss, helping restore their confidence when they need it most.

Each wig costs around £700, and the charity also funds vital childhood cancer research through its Hair and Hope mission.

Doncasters has agreed to dispose of Ivostud to Lenbach Equity Opportunities III. GmbH & Co. KG, a private equity fund advised by DUBAG Group, subject to any required approvals and customary closing conditions with completion expected during Quarter Four 2026.

The decision reflects Doncasters’ long-term strategic focus on its core strengths in casting and superalloy technologies, where we see the greatest opportunities for future growth.

Ivostud has been part of Doncasters since 2007, and its people have made a valued contribution to the Group over the years. We thank the entire Ivostud team for their commitment and achievements and will work closely with DUBAG Group to support a smooth transition.

We wish Ivostud and its people every success in the next chapter.

We’re proud of our colleagues at Doncasters Chard Precision Castings who recently volunteered their time to support Chard Reservoir LNR. 🌿

Josh Carter, Graham Reed, Adriano de Sousa, Aleksander Makarenkov, Paul Coleman, Scott Hymas and Richard James helped clear and redefine the ditch alongside the meadow stream path, important work that will help improve water flow and keep the route accessible during periods of heavy rain and flooding.

It was a great example of teamwork in action and of our people giving back to the communities around our sites.

Supporting local projects like this also reflects our wider commitment to sustainability, helping to care for the environments where we live and work while making a positive difference locally.

A huge thank you to everyone involved at Chard Reservoir Local Nature Reserve, and to our Chard team for rolling up their sleeves and lending a hand. 🍁🍂☀️

🏆 Congratulations to Fulton White, our North America EHS Professional of the Year!

Based at our Oxford site, Fulton was recognised at the recent North American EHS Team Meeting and presented with the award by Tyler Beegle, Global Head of EHS.

Over the past year, Fulton has helped strengthen EHS performance at Oxford, introducing initiatives such as Safe Employee of the Month and supporting continued progress through the EHS Scorecard audit.

In the UK, our apprenticeships give people the opportunity to learn, grow and gain valuable hands-on experience while developing skills for the future.

Meet Sam Varkey, he recently completed a Level 3 Manufacturing Engineer Apprenticeship and is now progressing to a Level 6 Manufacturing Engineer Apprenticeship with Aston University.

“The apprenticeship has helped me gain some great skills that I can apply straight away in my current role. It’s given me the support and structure to develop professionally, while working towards a great qualification at the end of it too.”

It’s fantastic to see Sam continuing to build on their experience and take the next step in their career development.
