SALT has recently offered its employees the chance to work remotely abroad for up to four weeks annually, or eight if they've been with the company more than five years.

This fantastic opportunity allows us to experience different parts of the world while working, boosting wellbeing and productivity.

When first introduced to the scheme, our team expressed in jetting off to France, Japan, Spain, Greece, Italy, and more!

We can't wait to see where they end up. 🌍
