Manager For MOJO
MOJO is a fantastic Dive bar inspired independent chain of bars, we serve fantastic, innovative cocktails and fresh, delicious BBQ dive bar food. We are on the hunt for a Sales, Marketing & Events Manager who has creativity, knowledge, experience, and drive to join our ever growing team.
This role is based at MOJO Head Office in Leeds and you will have responsibilities across the company. MOJO is a company with a very open attitude and you will work with people who will crave your input and ideas. You will be working in conjunction with everyone from the Bar Tenders to the Board to ensure that we maximise our and your potential.
This is a unique opportunity to get on-board a fast growing and dynamic company, mould the role around your talents, strengths and interests and make the position your own.
Ultimately, your success in the role will be based upon proven results increasing footfall to venues, increasing bookings and corporate event enquiries, increasing customer response to marketing communications, increasing social media clout, securing regular editorial/press coverage, protecting our online reputation and the MOJO brand and demonstrating ROI against the marketing budget.
The role will also encompass event management as we seek to expand this area of our business.
You will work closely with the directors and our external partners to devise and implement marketing strategies that reinforce the MOJO brand values while pursuing the above goals.
We invite applications from marketing managers from any industry but industry-specific experience will put you to the front of the pack. A competitive basic salary (OTE circa, £20k - £30k p.a.) is on offer based on experience and a proven track record.
