❓ What is a cellar cooler and why is it important?
It’s the refrigeration system that keeps your beer cellar at the right temperature usually 11–13°C. Get it wrong and you’ll have flat pints, fobbing lines, spoiled stock and unhappy customers.

❓ Why is my cellar too warm?
Common causes: refrigerant leak, faulty fan, blocked or dirty condenser, failing thermostat, worn door seals or a struggling compressor. The sooner it’s diagnosed, the less stock you lose.

❓ Why is my cellar cooler icing up?
Usually a defrost issue, low refrigerant, faulty sensor or restricted airflow. Best caught early before it knocks the whole unit offline.

❓ How often should a cellar cooler be serviced?

❓ Do you repair all Blue Seal fryer models?
Yes — single tank, twin tank, gas and electric, free-standing and countertop. From the GT45 and GT60 through to the Evolution series and older models still going strong in busy kitchens.

❓ Why isn’t my Blue Seal fryer heating up?
Usually a faulty thermostat, thermocouple, high-limit safety cut-out, gas valve issue (on gas models) or a failed heating element (on electric). Our engineers diagnose and repair on the first visit wherever possible.

❓ Why does my fryer keep tripping out?
Often the safety thermostat has done its job — but it could also be element issues, wiring faults or a build-up of carbon affecting sensors. Worth getting checked before it shuts you down mid-service.

❓ How often should a commercial fryer be serviced?
At least once a year — twice for high-volume kitchens. Annual servicing on gas fryers is a legal requirement and keeps your insurance valid.
