Good morning everyone!

I'm starting my day with a healthy dose of wellness, and I'm here to share my secrets with you.

I believe that if you give your body great nutrition, you have ensure the work you produce is of the highest quality.

Supplements:

Vitamin C dissolvable - for that extra boost of immunity
Multivitamin - to cover all my bases
High dose Vitamin D - for strong bones and a sunny mood
Creatine - for energy and muscle support
Honey - For multiple health benefits

Food & drink:

High protein diet - to keep me fueled throughout the day
Gr***de bars / flapjacks - for a quick and healthy snack
COFFEE!!!! - because let's be real, who doesn't need a little caffeine boost?

Exercise:

20 Press Ups daily - to get my blood flowing
1 Min Plank daily - for core strength
Gym x 3 weekly - to push myself to my limits
Football Weekly - for fun and fitness
Badminton Weekly - for a competitive edge
I believe that taking care of myself physically and mentally is essential for achieving my goals, both personally and professionally. When I feel good, I perform better.
