A fast-growing, PE-backed financial services group is looking to appoint a commercially focused Head of FP&A to lead and evolve its strategic finance capability during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

This is a high-impact leadership role offering significant exposure to the CFO, senior leadership team, and investors.

You will be responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, reporting, business performance insight, and strategic decision support across a complex multi-entity environment.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical FP&A expertise with commercial acumen, leadership capability, and a passion for improving financial visibility, reporting automation, and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

About You:

☑️ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
☑️Proven FP&A leadership experience within a ☑️PE-backed, high-growth, complex regulatory environment or big 4 or corporate advisory
☑️Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, modelling, and financial analysis
☑️Experience delivering Board-level and investor-facing reporting
☑️Strong commercial finance and stakeholder management capability
☑️Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (or similar BI/reporting tools)
☑️Demonstrated experience leading and developing finance teams

It would be a bonus if you bring:

✅️Experience within professional services, financial services, insurance, or multi-site organisations
✅️Exposure to M&A activity, due diligence, and integration projects
✅️Experience delivering finance transformation or reporting automation initiatives
✅️ERP systems knowledge (Business Central or equivalent)
✅️Experience operating in a fast-paced or change-driven environment

Package up to £100,000 + annual bonus + benefits.

Role Overview:
We’re hiring an ambitious Account Executive to join a rapidly growing AI-powered SaaS company transforming the children’s social care sector.

This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth with a product that already has strong market traction, an established inbound pipeline, and a clear product-market fit.

You’ll be the first dedicated Account Executive in the business, owning the full sales cycle from discovery through to close.

The platform helps children’s residential care providers reduce administrative burden, stay compliant, improve operational efficiency, and deliver better outcomes for young people through AI-driven compliance and care management tools.

If you have experience selling SaaS into health, social care, compliance, or regulated sectors and want genuine autonomy and progression this role offers significant earning potential and long-term career growth.

The Role:

✔️Run consultative discovery calls and tailored product demos
✔️Build relationships with: Registered Managers, Responsible Individuals, Operations Directors, Group Owners within children’s residential care
✔️Convert inbound opportunities
✔️Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
✔️Collaborate directly with founders on sales strategy, messaging, and positioning
✔️Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline management
✔️Feed customer insights, objections, and market trends back to the product team
✔️Consistently achieve and exceed ARR sales targets

About You:

✅️Experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS
✅️Experience delivering software demonstration
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quota
✅️Experience selling into: HealthTech, Social Care, CareTech, Compliance software, Regulated industries
✅️Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
✅️Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
✅️Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅️UK-based with willingness to travel for meetings and events

Bonus if you have

☑️Experience selling: Care management software, Workforce management platforms, Compliance or quality assurance solutions
☑️Knowledge of: Ofsted frameworks, Children’s Homes Regulations, CQC or regulated care environments

Are you a Communications professional with a passion for media relations, social media, and delivering high-impact messaging?

We’re looking for an experienced Communications Campaigns Manager to lead and deliver strategic campaigns that make a real difference.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected UK regulator, working on meaningful and timely initiatives focused on making the online world safer.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative, and expert communications team, recognised as one of the best in-house teams in the UK.

The Role:

You’ll play a key role in delivering internal and external communications, with a strong focus on:

✅️Media relations; building and managing relationships with press and stakeholders

✅️Bringing together activity across multiple channels into a clear, joined-up campaign strategy

✅️Project manage campaigns end-to-end, setting milestones and ensuring delivery stays on track

✅️Managing campaign budgets and resources, including partnerships and external activity

✅️Using data, insights, and evaluation to shape campaigns; testing, learning, and optimising approach

✅️Collaborating with research teams to develop new ways to measure campaign effectiveness

✅️Staying ahead of industry developments, working with internal teams to ensure campaigns reflect emerging trends and changes

About You:

✔️Strong experience in media relations and/or digital communications, with a focus on delivering proactive, strategic campaigns

✔️Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns, with excellent organisational and project management skills

✔️A solid understanding of modern digital channels, with the ability to recommend the most effective approach for different audiences and messages

✔️Experience using data, insights, and evaluation to shape and improve communications strategies

✔️Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships quickly across internal teams and external stakeholders

✔️Experience working in a regulated environment (Government, Civil Service, Public Sector or Private Sector)

✔️A proactive, solutions-focused approach

We are recruiting a Security Engineer to join a growing, forward-thinking team where you’ll play a hands-on role in protecting systems, data, and users.

If you enjoy working on real incidents, solving complex problems, and strengthening security posture, this is your opportunity to make a genuine impact.

The Role: You’ll work closely with our Cyber Security Manager, SOC, and IT teams to:

✔️Monitor, triage, and respond to security alerts
✔️Investigate incidents and support remediation activities
✔️Manage vulnerabilities and support patching across systems
✔️Strengthen endpoint security using the Microsoft security stack
✔️Support security operations, reporting, and continuous improvement
✔️Contribute to system hardening and secure configurations
✔️Promote security awareness across the organisation

What You’ll Need

✅️Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender, Intune, and Entra ID
✅️Experience with vulnerability scanning and patch management tools
✅️Familiarity with ITSM systems and service management processes
✅️Strong understanding of identity security and access control
✅️Ability to investigate incidents, triage effectively, and escalate where needed
✅️Knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and cloud/SaaS security

Nice to Have:

- Experience in financial services or insurance environments
- Exposure to Microsoft Purview (DLP)
- Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks
