🚚 TikTok Shop Shipping Policy Update
Effective 4th November 2024 🚚

To enhance the seller experience and streamline logistics, TikTok Shop is implementing new shipping policies that will improve Seller Performance and Fulfillment.

What's Changing?

Seller Performance Evaluation: The evaluation process will be updated for clarity and better enforcement against violations.

Fulfillment & Logistics:

Late Dispatch Rate (LDR) Update: LDR will now be determined by when the order is marked "Ready to Ship" (RTS) within 2 working days, not when it is handed over to the courier. This will help reduce delays caused by courier handovers.
Tracking Number Validity: TikTok will now monitor the validity of tracking numbers (VTR) in the "Ship by Seller" option, ensuring accuracy in shipping updates.
