Caring for the vulnerable is an extremely tough job, so it's no wonder many Care Workers enjoy a tipple each night when they get home from work. Ultimately though, alcohol does not have a positive impact on our bodies and can leave us feeling groggy and tired in the short term with worse effects long term. We encourage you to keep going!
