Masha'Allah a beautiful hadith narrated by Aisha (Ra) recorded by Sahih Muslim.

It Is Recommended To Perform Tahnik For The Newborn When He Is Born And To Take Him To A Righteous Man To Perform Tahnik For Him; It Is Permissible To Name Him On The Day He Is Born, And It Is Recommended To Use The Names 'Abdullah, Ibrahim, And The Names Of All Other Prophets,( P.B.U.T)
Below another narrated hadith:

Anas said, "On the day he was born, I took 'Abdullah ibn Abi Talha to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. I found him wearing a woollen robe while he was marking one of his camels with tar. The Prophet said, 'Do you have any dates with you?' 'Yes,' I replied. I gave him some dates. He chewed the dates and opened the child's mouth and put some chewed dates into the child's mouth. The child licked his lips. The Prophet(PBUH) , said 'The Ansar love dates,' and gave him the name 'Abdullah."

Masha'Allah a beautiful hadith narrated by Ibn Umar(Ra). Recorded by Bukari & Muslim.
Abdullah bin Umar (Ra) reported that Allah’s Messenger ﷺ( pbuh) said, “There is a tree amongst trees, the leaves of which do not wither and that is like a Muslim; tell me what that (tree) can be?” The people began to think of the trees of the forest. Abdullah said, “I thought it could be the date palm tree, but I feel hesitant (to say it).” They (the companions) then asked, “Allah’s Messenger, (kindly) tell us which it can be?” Thereupon he ﷺ replied, “It is the date palm tree.” Abdullah made a mention of that to his father, Umar ibn Al Khattab (ra), whereupon he said to Abdullah: “Had you said that it meant the date palm tree, this statement of yours (would have been dearer to me) than such and such things.”

Date Palm Trees are extremely strong and will go through extreme conditions of heat, yet they will bear date fruits each year. A real blessing sent to mankind.
The above hadith contains a parable allowing us to investigate characteristics and attributes of a date palm so the we can apply these in our own lives. The believer is versatile , The date palm has a purpose, just like the believer.

May Allah make us all sweet as dates and increase us in seeking knowledge with wisdom .Ameen.

Masha'Allah , A beautiful reminder from our lord the almighty , The wisdom of great etiquette of what our lord bestow upon us.A beautiful hadith Narrated/Authority of Adi bin Hatim , Recorded by Muslim.
While I was sitting with Allah's Apostle (p.b.u.h) two person came to him; one of them complained about his poverty and the other complained about the prevalence of robberies. Allah's Apostle said, "As regards stealing and robberies, there will shortly come a time when a caravan will go to Mecca (from Medina) without any guard. And regarding poverty, The Hour (Day of Judgment) will not be established till one of you wanders about with his object of charity and will not find anybody to accept it And (no doubt) each one of you will stand in front of Allah and there will be neither a curtain nor an interpreter between him and Allah, and Allah will ask him, 'Did not I give you wealth?' He will reply in the affirmative. Allah will further ask, 'Didn't I send a messenger to you?' And again that person will reply in the affirmative Then he will look to his right and he will see nothing but Hell-fire, and then he will look to his left and will see nothing but Hell-fire. And so, any (each one) of you should save himself from the fire even by giving half of a date-fruit (in charity). And if you do not find a half date-fruit, then (you can do it through saying) a good pleasant word (to your brethren). (See Hadith No. 793 Vol. 4)

From: Sunan Ibn Majah.
Narrated/Authority of Sasaah
(the paternal uncle of Ahnaf) said: "A woman entered upon Aisha with her two daughters, and she gave her three dates. (The woman) gave each of her daughters a date, then she split the last one between them. She (Aisha) said: 'Then the Prophet(saw) came and I told him about that.' He said:' Why are you surprised? She will enter Paradise because of that.''

Masha'Allah another great blessing from our Lord and a beautiful Sunnah recorded in this hadith.
Nabidh was one of the drinks consumed our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh). In his time, it was typically made with dates or raisins and water.
It is an alkalizing tonic, having the tendency to remove acidity from the stomach and digestive system and it also helps to remove other metabolic wastes from the body. It improves digestion as it's high in soluble fibre and it strengthens the memory. It assists the spleen function, liver, throat, chest and prostate, and so is particularly good for men. Nabidh will also benefit patients of Arthritis and elevated levels of Uric Acid (gout).Making Nabidh is just as simple as soaking the dates (or raisins/sultanas) overnight and drinking the water in which they were soaked in the morning, but when it is embraced and honoured as one of the great Sunnahs of prophet Muhammad (Pbuh), it pulls down Shifa, blessings and mercy from the treasures of Allah Azzawajjal.
The idea behind soaking dates or raisins in water is so that they sweeten the water and Softened dates/raisins release their vitamins and minerals more easily and are easier to digest.
'Ajwa' are the best variety to use if making Nabidh with stoneless dates and 'Manaqqa' is the best variety of raisins for making it with raisins, but black raisins can also be used, those colours were not Created without reason, so it is always preferable to keep changing our diets with new colours and and trying new varieties.
soak around up to 7 dates or 10 raisins in 1 litre of drinkable / healthy water and keep the glass/jug covered Ensure the water is kept cool.
Next morning after Fajr, you can drink the water and eat the soaked fruit as was the tradition.
And if you soak the fruit in morning, drink it in the evening. Nabidh should be consumed within 12 hours of soaking time, but if it is kept air tight inside the refrigerator, it will not spoil for upto 2 days in. Be careful as the 3day it may start fermenting and this will become unlawful to drink.
May Allah bestow great blessings & wisdom upon us by following & to revive this Sunnah. Ameen.
