BKR Care Consultancy (BKRCC) was founded in January 2011 with the aim of providing assistance to providers when working with their commissioning and regulatory authorities. Since its foundation BKRCC has worked successfully with a wide range of care providers, ranging from individual home owners to charities and large corporate providers across all regions. At BKRCC we are accustomed to working to
short timescales when resolving often complex issues.
As well as working directly with providers BKRCC also provides consultancy services to solicitors working in the care sector. We have also provided professional services to agencies not directly involved in care provision, see our testimonial page for further details. In addition we also provide crisis management services to homes awaiting the appointment of a permanent manager. All our managers have been previously registered with CQC and are highly respected and experienced. BKRCC is keen to develop close links to provider representative groups and at present has close links with East Midland Care and West Midland Care Associations. Our Lead Consultant has over 22 years of experience working with the CQC in the field of regulation, initially as an inspector and then in a senior management role. As a senior manager she specialised in working with large corporate health and social care providers in developing standards of quality and safety in care. She is currently an executive board member of Research into Elderly Specialist Care (RESEC) based at Templeton Green College, Oxford. At BKR Care Consultancy we recognize the changing challenges faced by providers as a consequence of a dynamic regulatory environment.
